If you come from Montreal exit at University of Ottawa and walk for two blocks.

If you arrive from other destinations to the bus terminal take bus #4 to the Rideau Centre and walk two blocks.

If you arrive by car take exit Nicholas, turn right on Laurier and left on Cumberland, drive three blocks at the corner Daly and Cumberland.
