The area is popular for swimming, surfing, snorkeling and diving. These activities can be arranged by the hostel, as well as bike and car hire.
From Mirissa you can easily access other popular tourist destinations on Sri Lanka’s coast: Welligama (8 km), Unawatuna (30 km), Galle (40 km) and Hikkaduwa (60 km).

8.Kindly note that in case of group bookings (i.e. 3 or more people) the hostel will try to allocate all guests in the same dorm. However, this solution cannot be guaranteed until the date of check-in

Stayed 2 nights. Hostel is good. Simple and clean with good Security. Close to the beach, but also noisy road. Damian at the front desk was very helpful with and also told interesting stories about Mirissa. Very nice guy with good energy!

would 100% reccomend. staff were very friendly and phil was so lovely and accommodating. nice rooms, very close to the beach and social vibe. would absolutely stay again!

Although a tough time to stay in Sri Lanka, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hangover Hostel. Staff were very helpful, beds and pillows were great, highly recommend.
