Porto Pim bay is an historically safe place for Pirates and ships crossing the Atlantic. A place to relax and catch some sun between your adventures in the Azores. Horta in Faial Island faces east - the rising sun, and in the evening, only the Porto Pim beach and bay is facing west, were the sun sets and everyone gathers for a final beer or a swim in the calm waters.

Hostel Porto Pim has six rooms, some with private and some with shared bathroom. It has free wifi accessible in all floors, a living room with television, a fully equipped kitchen and an outside patio for relaxing in the afternoon sun. The guest house is at 30 mtrs from the beach, with large common areas of living room with tv, kitchen and outside patio. As it is close to the beach please take the sand from your feet in the patio before entering the rooms. All rooms with private bathroom. The house is clean everyday, and kitchen is fully equipped for guests use.
