Pepe's House Cuenca Hotel & Boutique Hostel is in a renovated republican house of the Historical Area with 12 rooms, 3 livings, one café bar and one rooftop. We have a nice and quiet atmosphere, but we are not a party hostel. We create this space to rest, to meet people, to enjoy our amazing location, in clean and beautiful spaces.
We include hot beverages (coffee and infusion) permanently. Parking is additional just in front (extra). Wifi is 100Mb 2:1 commercial grade and is free and works in all the place. We speak English/Spanish. We are in a strategic location Airport/Bus Terminal 15min, and you can walk to many places: Calderón Park, Cuenca University, government offices, historic churches, restaurants, fresh market, drugstore and shops of all kinds.
We offer Cosy and quiet dorms for 3 to 4 persons in our double beds.

Check in from 13:00 to 21:00 .
Check out from 07:30 to 11:00 .
Payment upon arrival by cash.

The staff at Pepe's felt like family from check in to check out. Nothing was too much and they bent over backwards to make my stay as enjoyable and succesful as they could. I booked a tour through a known guide to them and it worked out so well. The room was cute and there was plenty of super hot water. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The only thing I would have changed (which is not possible) is that the rooms face inwards, so essentially no windows. But I would definitely stay again.

Great place to rest and very quiet. Staff bring a lot of info always and more. Ask for a craft beer in the bar or a cocktail. Always I come back to this place.

The staff at Pepe's was awesome! They were so kind and helped us to organize several day trips from Cuenca. I would highly recommend staying here!
