It’s not a hotel. Location is not bad as it’s close to the metro, the train station and the bus station, but the surroundings are dark and we didn’t feel safe at night while walking around.
There’s no one there to assist you, but they are responsive on whatsapp.

Contactless check in (code for building and a lock box with the keys) so make sure you get all the info before arriving if you don’t have phone data. Owner very responsive over WhatsApp. Nice and clean but the wifi was terrible.

I had a wonderful stay! My room was secure and clean. The building was about half a block from metro and bus station. There’s shops and restaurants all around. I’d definitely stay there again!!
