Awful experience! Booked to stay for a couple of days, deposit was paid and everything was confirmed via email only to arrive and be told are room was not allocated and there was no space for us to stay! The staff obviously didn’t care and it took a few times complaining to finally be able to speak to the owner who also didn’t care. The story for why our booking wasn’t confirmed changed several times so we left to stay somewhere else. The website has been great in looking into this issue for u.
