Wonderful staff, lovely pool area with bar and the feeling of being welcome. Would differently come back if i visit Santiago again.

Nice enough place, comfy beds, hot showers
But staff didn’t seem well informed about the place! We asked if there was a breakfast and teas and coffee (free or otherwise) and the receptionist said no, we get up the next morning and find a spread of teas coffees and someone preparing toasts for people

Really cool property. Huge on the inside. Great kitchen, patio, and pool area. Very social and welcoming.
