The place is highly rated by others due to its staff who go above and beyond to be hospitable and answer any questions you have regarding your stay in Luxor. I do think people leaving reviews need to be honest rather than merely looking at staff. So aside from the staff, my experience was ok. The facilities could be much better. Bathrooms’ lights were too dim that I had to go shave my face outside. The room is just beds next to each other rather than bunk beds with privacy curtain if you aren’t used to it

The staff was amazing! Very nice and extremely helpful. Helped us organize a very affordable trip to see the west bank.
