A lot of long-termers, which meant rooms were extremely messy with their stuff everywhere. Basically no space for my luggage in the room.
The kitchen was also not large enough considering the number of people. Music in the bar and the people meant earplugs was a must. No common space with just a bit of quiet.

Overall, my brother and I had a great stay in Bounce. Nice location and good, clean and cold rooms with well functioning air condition. However, the staff was very introvert and not very helpful. They didn’t have the best vibe, but did a fine job. The travel agency in the reception helped us with booking several trips to diving, skydiving and whitsundays. It was a fine service, but all the time they skipped essential information and avoided to tell the real prices of the trips....
