Vågn op til fuglesang i vores moderne backpacker's i det centrale New Plymouth.

Vi er beliggende i vores egen fredelige syv hektar store dal med tre hektar indfødte træer og en boblende strøm. Du kan dase i en hængekøje under træerne og lytte til fuglesangen eller turde fodre vores eget monster Egmont ål i hånden...

The staff and security were alright but the place in total is just not worth the money to be honestâ€¦ I had a private room with a discount for 80$ but it was really basic, the bed was comfy but the windows didnâ€™t close properly so I could hear a lot of noise from the street. The light from the park house was shining in the whole nightâ€¦. Toilets couldnâ€™t be closed, showers were falling of, gas in the kitchen was not really working. Feels like the place needs a lot of maintenance! Wouldnâ€™t sug.

My rating is lower than expected because: - the facilities of the hostel, even if working, are limited (specially kitchen space) or old. - beds (specially in the house) are very old and not at all comfortable. - people arriving at any time of the evening/night to shared rooms made it difficult to rest. - wifi only available in the house (but the facilities are much bigger). I was travelling solo and looking for a quiet place, groups may enjoy more. The owners are hard working and very helpful.

Lynn was so kind and lovely to chat with. The washrooms and kitchen are always clean, unless other hostel guests didn't do their part.. Bed matress and pillows need an upgrade. The creek walk to the city center is lovely (maybe 20-25 minutes), the location is perfect if you want somewhere quiet and a bit away from the city. Ask them if you can be there when they feed the ells in the backyard, SO MANY of them!!
