Away Hostel & Coffee Shop is located in a 19th century building in one of the most beautiful, central parts of the city.
We have designed superior-quality, very spacious dormitories where you will find all the comfort you need for a good rest.
Single-gender bathrooms are located next to your room, equipped with hairdryers, soaps and shampoo, among other products.
You can also book a private room with personalised décor and top-of-the-range hotel linen, a Nespresso© coffee machine and all the items you will need during your stay (bath towels, hairdryer, soaps, shampoo, etc.). Some of the rooms offer a view over the park situated next to the hostel.
Our Coffee Shop is open all day long, where you can find delicious homemade items, snacks, a takeaway menu, Sunday brunch and a wide range of quality coffees.

Were unable to sleep for both nights, because the room were so warm and the noises from the street were so loud. When the noises from the 2 bars underneath the hostel stopped it were replaced with noise from the morning traffic, but we couldn't close the window due to the heat. Breakfast was expensive, which is okay, if the beakfast is good and have a broad supply of food, but that was not the case. In the bathrooms there always missed either toilet paper in some of the toilet booths.

Very nice hostel, great staff and good facilities, except for no airconditioning. The only remark I have, is that the cleanliness of rooms, and toilets/baths make do, but could also be better. Fx was dead squished musquitos not wiped from the walls, resulting in old blood streaks left on the wall. Nevertheless nice location, and overall nice hostel.

The room I stayed in was noisy, there was traffic outside all night and everytime someone walked in and out in room in the night, the door smacked hard and the light from the hallway went into room. Also everytime someone walked in the floor it creaked. I didn't got ant sleep. In the kitchen the basic facilities was missing fx there was no cups for a coffee. It was clear that the Hostel wanted you to buy coffee and food in there café. Otherwise I got i nice coffee and the staff was friendly :)
