The staff were so funny and friendly, and the location is amazing.

This place is pretty good. I’m being picky because Lipe is so awesome. Though this is a place that was built to be trendy but some stuff is breaking or broken. Like the shower heaters, lack of shelving in shower, and shower heads. The rooms also were crammed to get into. Looked like the staff was a bit hectic too. At the end of walking street near beach so not central. This place was eh for me

Rooms are small but adequate. Whole place needs a good clean e.g. around sides of mattress, dusty in places, bathrooms need cleaning more regularly. Has good communal space for Koh Lipe.
