I stayed at this place on my last day in Hanoi after being in a hostel. It was a the perfect place to relax as the AC worked amazingly. Staff is extremely helpful in giving you directions and places to go for whatever you’re looking for. They also upgraded our room to a bigger one that was empty AND allowed us to check out 2 hours later free of charge. Very clean. I’d recommended this place to anyone.
