Hahaland SUNSET Hostel was established in Phong Nha to endeavour to create a place for guests getting the most amazing, experienced time.
We here to help you understand the tradition of local people with the reason why we build construction with leaves covered on the house.
The hostel is close to the town about 500 metres and you are able to visit Phong Nha Cave by walk
The most amazing thing here is to catch sunset with riverside and the colourful glow behind the limestone, corn fields within chillout and enjoy the happy hour drink from 5pm - 6pm
Especially, we have water games such as water sliding and water swing jumping.
The name hahaland is to express that when you stay here and we bring you happiness and laugh “HAHA”

Dorm was clean but very hard beds. Nice lockers and privacy curtains. The floorboards in common areas need fixing in places. Probably really fun if the weather is nice and some more people are around. Nice location by the water. Good breakfast. Helpful staff though not all of them speak English well.

Not too bad for the price. Place was clean - can’t help the insects around obvs. Beds were comfy. Wear your slippers! Sometimes floor has nails popping out. Gonna need a lot of mosquito repellent!

Absolutely not clean. We found rat droppings under the beds, in the shower and worst of all, IN our beds. Also cockroaches. If they manage their hygiene level in the future it has great potential though, I really liked the common area and location right by the river.
