Puedo honestamente decir que disfruté mi estadÃa en la casa Piola. A pesar de que ValparaÃso no es la ciudad más segura de Chile. Pude estar tranquilo en la casa Piola y su calle. La muchacha que trabaja ahà fue súper amigable y dispuesta a contestar cualquier pregunta. El servicio 100/100. Todo lo demás 95/100 recomendado 😇😎😄

Pros:
Good location for going out
Secure entry to the hostel
Good laundry service
Reasonable breakfast
Cons:
Dorms rooms don't lock
No lockers in room - only 6 downstairs
Kitchen was never properly clean
Service level really depended on which member of staff you got, some were great, others less so
