The Onslow canceled my booking 1 day before my arrival. It was most upsetting as we were attending a funeral . I will never book with them again will wait and see if I get my deposit refunded

Booking made 3 weeks in advance and was told there was no bed for us on arrival and to sort it out ourselves late into the night on a Friday. Awful.
