Please give travelers the key to the room right away. Most travelers are tired and would like to get to the room right away. We had to wait a while to be shown to our room. I think customers could show themselves to their room.
We were interested in a flight of beer since one of the draws of the hotel is the brewery. We were surprised that there were no flights available when we asked. There was only one and it was being used.

I had my apple headphones stolen by a guy in my room, in a matter of seconds. Bathroom smelled like mold. This hostel is too big and commercial. Left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Reception didn’t even bother to call the police.
