I booked a 3-night stay for myself and two friends in February in a 10-bed mixed dormitory, and we were assisted immediately upon arrival! We got there waaaaay before our check-in time, but they helped us put our stuff away in their lockers while we waited for our beds to be ready. As far as I know, the front desk was occupied during our entire stay (even when we got back late at night). The atmosphere was quite calm and we were rarely ever disturbed, despite the many people in our room.

The hostel itself was great, comfy beds, super wonderful staff! Me and my friend are backpacking across Europe and we learned our lesson the hard way that we have to choose a female only room cause it was just us 2 and 8 other men who were so loud and didn’t care it was 3am, dirty etc. anyway the hostel was great but the people who stayed weren’t

Everything was good, I could do work in the common area comfortably. On the second night a drunk man tried to get into my bed, I complained about it the next morning and the receptionists kicked him and his friend out immediately.
