Cancellation policy: 1 day before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Children older than 15 years are welcome. Children aged 18 years and above are considered adults at this property.

Additional reminders:
1. Please do fill out our online Health Declaration and Registration
Form before you check-in

2. A copy of the Booking Confirmation and a valid ID (government issued
ID for Filipinos and passport for foreign guests) must be presented
upon check in.

3. Pay-to-Hotel bookings will have to settle their entire stay upon
check-in thru cash, credit card or Gcash (e-wallet). Kindly double
check your hotel confirmation voucher if your booking is already paid
or not. An Incidental Fee is collected as well: PhP 2,000 for overnight
stay, and PhP 1,000/room/night for more than 1 night stay. Unused
incidental deposit will be refunded upon checkout.

4. Early check-in can be accommodated with a charge of Php2,000.00,
subject to room availability upon arrival. If you wish to ensure to
have your room ready when you arrive early, you can book it starting
the night before.

5. The hotel provides complimentary 1 parking slot per room (subject to
availability).

6. A cleaning fee of Php 5,000.00nett will be imposed for the following
if found to have taken place inside the guest rooms:

o Smoking- All guest rooms, hallways and the Pool Area are strictly
Non-Smoking. A designated smoking area is located at the 2nd floor
podium parking.

o Bringing in of food with strong odor (i.e., Durian, Marang, Kimchi,
Spices, etc).

o Flushing of hard objects in the toilet

7. Bringing of pets, deadly weapons and illegal drugs are strictly
prohibited in the hotel.

8. During this community quarantine period, visitors in the guests room
are not allowed.

9. For your safety and security, please declare any personal appliances
to be brought inside the guest rooms.

10. During this community quarantine period, outside food delivery is
allowed (should be prepaid). Minimal handling and sanitation fee of
Php50.00 per delivery will be charged by the hotel.

11. Phoneless Hotel Rooms: In line with the Hotel's policy pertaining
to touchless points, the Hotel has adapted in using Viber and WhatsApp
applications for in-house guests to contact our front desk. Kindly
