This hostel is well-located in Rabat and great value for money. The low rating is because this hostel DOES NOT check emails; as such, they fully ignored my arrival time (shortly after midnight) despite three emails from me. I called as well, no answer. The first night of my stay as a woman travelling alone in Morocco was spent in a 24/7 cafe hoping I didn’t fall asleep, surrounded by strange men. Staff the next day told me they only look at messages on booking.com. Be careful.

The hostel is very well located on the edge of the medina! Staff was super friendly and helpful - they organized a cab for us, helped with plane tickets, etc..
Also, it is pretty quiet at night and there is a nice big courtyard. On the downside, as read in other reviews, there are quite few electrical outlets, the gate is closed at night (which gives you security but also takes away a sense of freedom) and it is perhaps not the most charming place in Marrocco. For the price I would come back!

Loved it and would absolutely go back. Clean, comfortable, great location, great staff, good showers, quiet at night.
Suggestion for improvement: it would have been nice to have a table or chairs in the dorm to have somewhere to put our stuff on.
