Welcome to Real Juquilita La Punta! We are located in the heart of La Punta. A block away from the beach and delicious Mexican restaurants and bars, you will directly feel the oaxacanian vibe.
Our rooms offers great comfort for you to fall asleep hearing the sound of the waves. All of our rooms have AC.
In the garden, you'll be able to enjoy a fresh swimming pool and cook yourself a meal in the kitchen or in the BBQ. We have a rooftop to chill on a hammock, practice some yoga or enjoy a colorful sunset right on the beach.

This place looks so much better in photos. In reality the rooms and beds are filthy. There were literal bugs in my bed crawling on the sheets.
Also the location is sketch as hell compared to the other hostels I’ve stayed in here.
The staff is cool but the rooms reminded me of a sh***y motel 6. I don’t recommend staying here unless you just want to be close to the beach. That’s all it had going for it. That and working A/C.

Facilities/amenities are nice. Rooms are not cleaned properly. Location is quite meh as you have neither beach access and are relatively far from the main part of the la punta. Maybe more suited for serious surfers who want to be further up the beach but not great for casual travelers. AC is a big plus.

They have a mostly very welcoming and helpful group of people working there (thanks, Sol and Sandra). Their positive energy promotes the travelers be more open with each other, and makes it a warm space. Place got some great views to the coast, and it's just far enough from the busyness to be quiet, but walking distance to the main street in La Punta.
They only have a couple of issues in the administrative/operational side; most of them stem precisely from having website as the intermediary.
