Eco Rooms Tulum

We are an ecological guest house with a rustic design and for low cost, offering a comfortable and efficient lodging service in each room. We have common areas, always available to our guests, such as a Shared kitchen with pans and utensils, a dining room, an outdoor seating area on the ground floor and pool, a terrace with a pool, and daily bicycle rental.

Located right in the center of the city, close to the beach and one block from Avenida Coba. Local and tourist restaurants are around, and the largest supermarket is only 400 meters away.

This is a new neighborhood, so many of the roads are rustic. We are surrounded by wild fauna and flora (including insects). Because we must keep the ecosystem stable, the use of insecticides or chemicals that are harmful to our environment is prohibited.

The staff at the accommodation is limited to a schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM for requests for laundry or room cleaning with an additional charge. If you want higher quality accommodation, the average starts from USD 60 in Tulum.

Since you have read this information and are aware of these characteristics of the accommodation that could affect your decision if you are not used to traveling in this way and/or do not agree, we recommend that you look for another accommodation.

This place is located behind Motokoor (motorcycle rental on Coba Avenue). Find the road next to it (Calle 3 Ote.) and go 60 meters to the back and you will see the property in the corner, at the intersection of Calle 3 Ote and Marlin streets, with a big green front door.

Inside the property, go to the second patio at your left hand and go upstairs, you will see your room number 11 at the end of the corridor on that terrace.
You will find at your room door a lock with its key and then for check-in and check-out during your stay, you will use the same code you used for your Check-in.

Primitive Rooms Tulum Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 7 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay. Non-refundable rate does not apply to refunds.

Check in from 15:00 to 23:00 .
Check out from 00:00 to 11:00 .

Payment upon arrival by credit cards, debit cards.
Taxes not included - occupancy tax 19 % per room per stay

• In case of not vacate the room by 11:00 AM, you will be charged USD 15 as a fee.
For flexible rate: Payment within 7 days before arrival by credit card, or debit card.
• Help us be ECO by turning off the air conditioning when you leave your room and you will avoid a USD 10 fine.
• In case of loss of the lock of your room, you will be fined USD 20.
• If you occupy a room that has not been assigned to you, you will be fined USD 20.
