had a great stay here, it’s well-located and close to everything. staff were all really helpful if i needed laundry or anything for the room. i used the hotel as my base while i did trips to Ha Giang and Ninh Binh. Nguyen was really welcoming & helpful and took me through some other tours that they do to these places. if you’re looking for somewhere quiet to relax when you’re not in the busy streets i’d recommend here!
