We had booked a private room with a balcony and breakfast included (or so it had said on the website). When we arrived, our room did not have a balcony, so we requested to move rooms. The hostess said that maybe it would be possible the following day, so when we asked for what time breakfast was, she laughed at us, saying there would certainly not be any breakfast included. We did get to move rooms the following morning.

The best hotel in Rimini! Such a great location, room and staff.
Such nice staff. I enjoyed my stay here and was a very good deal when I stayed in May.
