You are within walking distance of the Newcastle Theatre Royal, the Newcastle Catheral's, the Metro Arena, Newcastle United Football Ground, the famous Newcastle Quayside and Bridges. 'The Gate' entertainment complex and the 'Eldon Square Shopping Centre are only 100 metres from Heroes Hotel.

We offer 11 bedrooms over 3 floors, comprising of Double Beds with a Single Bunk above, other rooms have two tier Bunks for 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 persons.

All 11 rooms are en-suite with shower, toilet & washbasin

All booking must be pay in full within 14 days of it being booked

Cancellations must be made 14 days before arrival date . Late cancellations and no shows we result in 100% of the booking being charged .

All guests sign a Code of conduct form and each guest will pay 25.00 (refundable) in cash as a security bond and key deposit. Payment for loss of key is 5.00

All guests staying with us are made fully aware that the Hotel is not a party Hotel, however anyone who visits Newcastle at any time should be fully aware that this is a vibrant City that never sleeps.
