We are operating a homestay registered with the Ministry of Tourism and Culture Malaysia.

A number of newly touched-up, Malaysian style chalets with fan and attached bathroom. We also have an 8 bed dormitory available at a backpacker friendly price.

Set within nature, our guests have access to a garden by the sea, with tables where you can enjoy a cup of tea and take in the beautiful surroundings.

Reconnect with nature and explore this beautifully unspoiled island with hiking and kayaking.

A place to relax and refresh your mind, body and soul after travelling. We have wifi access.

We are family with 3 kids. They all thought it was very nice to come from the touristed langkawi, to Shades place. Nice being here. We booked two nights, but stayed four. We are 'One Big family'! Food is great. If you like peace, quiet, and doing nothing.... it's perfect. Only 58 houses on the island. And two small shops. No ATM. Enjoy your stay.
