The hotel is located in the historical centre of Venice between Campo SanTom and Campo Santa Barnaba, one of the most interesting areas of Venice, E FEW STEPS from Campo Santa Margherita and the moste famous bar of the city, at 2 minutes from university, one minute from San Tom stop,5 minutes from The Accademia.
The rooms are well cared for and kept up on a regular maintenance schedule.
Week- end minimum stay 2 nights cancellation are accepted 76 hours before you arrival date.

There was no AC in the room which made it quite difficult to deal with the heat in the summer (although there was a fan).
