Our family house is located near port of Gruz. The quiet and peaceful area will enable you to fully relax while enjoying nice views of Gruz port and Lapad Peninsula.
The house is very near the city port and main bus station. It is also near the green market, supermarket, the bank and lot of restaurants and cafe bars. Old town is 20 minutes walking distance and 5 minutes by bus. Bus station is 100 m from our house.
We offer 2 double rooms with shared bathroom sea view.TV SATELLITE;FRIDGE;SEA VIEW,AIR CON One room is with balcony and nice sea views. Secure parking is possible in our garage or in front of our house. There is also big terrace with lots of flowers.

Ana and Ivona are lovely and where very helpful with recommendations around the area. The apartment was clean and had a lovely outside area where you are welcome to chill. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the old town but it's a nice walk and wasn't a problem for us, however I know there are frequent busses that take 5 minutes to get there. Overall loved our stay here... thank you.

Wonderful place. The hosts were incredibly nice and even went out of their way to help us find parking. The rooms were very spacious and clean. They even went out of their way to clean the rooms every morning. Only issues we had were that it was a bit far from old town (it was a 30 minute walk and we had to rely on the buses) and the parking was hard to find. However, there were nice restaurants and supermarkets 5-10 minutes away as well.

We had a great stay with Ana! Very kind and helpful with tips for the city and possible day trips. It’s a very personal guesthouse with great facilities like air-co, fridge, rain shower and balcony. Note while booking that breakfast is not included. City center is accessible by bus, harbor, restaurants and grocery shops by foot.
