Great location in Luang Prabang- a nice chill alternative to the party hostels. Decent accommodation which included breakfast and had the option of female dorms which were comfortable and had a private bathroom which was cleaned daily.

Located right in the middle of morning market and closer to all other attractions. Staff are really helpful. They also provide free breakfast which is added advantage.

DownTown Backpackers is engulfed each morning by the market which is great! It’s also an easy walk to the night market, historic area, and centre of Luang Prabang. Breakfast was tasty, too, and the bunk room I was in was spacious with each person receiving a lock. Shower pressure was great. There just wasn’t a load of atmosphere as there were hardly any other people staying there at the time. Might be different during peak season! Staff were lovely.
