There was no security but a gentlemen sleeping in a chair every morning when we came down stairs.
Initial staff member was rude when checking in, refusing to answer any questions we had. We would have left had it not been 7 ish in the evening.
Upon entering the deluxe queen room, there was one pillow on the be and one towel. Linens had cigarette burn holes in them. The bed took up almost the entire room with about 12" space on the foot of the bed and one side. No room for luggage, no hanger

The room was dirty and not up to standard. The bathroom and toilet were not cleaned properly, and there were several other cleanliness issues in the room. Additionally, I was not provided with several basic amenities that were promised at the time of booking, such as badsheet-towels-water-toilet paper-shampoo etc.. also reception DOSN’T friendly.
Furthermore, the overall service was unsatisfactory. The staff was not helpful, and I had to repeatedly request for basic necessities such as towels a
