I cancel that booking but they didn't even refund my money and they mentioned that if i camcel my booking before 27 August they will make a full refund

Had a great stay at the hotel, the guy at the reception Mr. Ahad, was extremely nice and helpful person. He helped and guided me in almost everything.
The manager of the hotel is extremely polite and gentle person.
Rooms were clean, not noisy at all.
Everything for this price range is perfect.
