Columbia Apartments features an on-site reception desk, a convenience store, lounge area with a TV, and a coin operated laundry. WiFi is available throughout the building for an additional charge.

The rooms were ok. Kitchen for the shared room with no natural light or any windows. If you cook everybody has the smell in their rooms. Location however was really good. Close to Uni, close to Queen St.
Another thing was the people living there. I did not feel safe most of the time. The staff was not that friendly. The receptionist kept eating when I arrived.
Overall ok for the price if you don't expect much.

You get a very very small single bedroom in a two bedroom shared apartment with a very small kitchen and bathroom. It’s basically student accommodation - dorms. The layout of the room can be quite cramped, squeezed into desk, chair, bed, etc. Overall rather an uncomfortable feeling, you may have to re-arrange furniture to accommodate. Cleanliness was hit and miss. Asked staff to clean, just ignored. You get what you pay for. Good location and price for dbl tho if on tight budget

The overall rating outcome is probably harsh but in a nut shell;
- staff are rude, they can’t be bothered to make eye contact.
- atmosphere; non existent. This is a student accommodation people literally only sleep here.
- you get a kitchen to share with another bedroom but it’s so small & there are no common areas.
But... this place is very clean, shower is excellent, the price is cheap & location is about 15 mins walk to CBD. If you’re here for a short time & want privacy this place is ideal.
