The first night we both woke up itchy from bed bug bites. Staff were helpful and changed our bunks, but when we came back later to move into them, they were occupied. They again reassigned us but there was only 1 bunk available (there was 2 of us) so they assigned me a bunk that belonged to someone who hadn’t checked in it. Hope they got a bed when they arrived! There was also quite a few sick people including the staff, and hardly any hand sanitiser available. Also a low level of cleanliness.

Amazing hostel. Stayed there for 2 nights and all was really good for the price. The location is great, Shinjuku main attractions just around the corner.
