Eco-Terrazas

Eco-Terrazas offers three rooms with private bathrooms and two rooms with shared bathrooms. Our facility includes designated smoking areas, free Wi-Fi throughout the house, hot water and a small refrigerator in every room. Private, bright and clean bedrooms well prepared for a good night’s rest.

Eco-Terrazas offers a well equipped kitchen, 2 beautiful terraces with green area and view of the city. We are located in the heart of the city, just twelve minutes away from the airport and Historic Center and easy access to various zones of the city as well as Shopping Centers, Hospitals, Museums, Zoo and bus stations.

It is a residential as well as a business area. Two blocks away you will find a little market of fresh fruits and vegetables. Three blocks away you will find the Transmetro station.

Cancellation policy: 48h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
