Long time no see, Welcome to Busan L'ete Guesthouse!

Wake up with beautiful sunshine, having a cup of coffee at rooftop and chill out at night Gwanganli beach. :)
The house has equipped kitchen, comfy living room and pretty rooftop. You can make food and share with friends and family in the kitchen, or have a sunbathing on the rooftop. The living room is available for watching TV together and meet new friends.

Busan L'ete Guesthouse has perfect location.
You need just 5 mins to subway station, or 2 mins to Bus stop to explore city!
You can easily come home by Metro(subway) from airport, Busan train station or express bus terminal.
And this metro(subway) station or bus stop makes you go everywhere in Busan. This area is pretty middle of the Busan city so it is easy to go to touristic spot.

You need just 3 mins to get to Gwanganli Beach.
'Gwanganli beach' area is my favorite spot in Busan, so I am really happy you can stay here :) The beach is small but pretty, lively, and nice neighborhood to hang out.

Free cancellation: 5 days before the arrival (otherwise full amount of booking balance will be charged. If you have to cancel, please email me with reason.)
Check in from: 3pm
Check out before: 11am
Payment on arrival : cash and credit card (but extra 5% charge for credit card service fee)
Tax included
No curfew - Just really be quiet when you come back at sleeping time :)
No age restriction but no complaints about the stairs :)
Child friendly: 0 to 72-month years old: 50% of adult price
Reception time: 24 hours and mainly 10am to 10pm
Have a good manner
Yes drinking in home, No throw up :P
No smoking in the house - outside is Okay.
