Longboard Paradise Surf Club offers a spectacular structure. The house is decorated with Balinese inspiration. At the entrance of the establishment we have a garden, on the sides we have a surfboard guard, which is part of the surf club. We have a surf shop, where you sell surfboards and all the necessary materials for you to surf. We have a bar and snack bar inside the hostel that serves all kinds of drinks, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The reception is right at the entrance of the house, we have an access ramp for people with special needs.
Within the establishment we have a functional gym and a space for yoga classes. We have a TV room, a Living Room and a Co-working Space that is available to our guests, perfect for those who travel the world and work anywhere. We have a shared kitchen, swimming pool, poolside bar, steam room, male and female changing rooms, all with hot and cold water. Next to the pool we have a spectacular mural of graphite called the Mermaid and the Scuba Diver, this is a corner apart from our house. On the ground floor we have a room with accessibility, on the upper floor are our private rooms and shared rooms. The suites have private bathrooms inside the room, TV, closets, air conditioning, fan and balcony with a view to the sea. The shared rooms have air conditioning, individual bedside light, individual USB socket and lockers.
All rooms have access to the balcony of the house. The view from the balcony to the sea is breathtaking. In addition to all this, a surf school, we rent surfboards of all sizes. We are very proud to be the best surf club and hostel in Brazil. Our idea is to offer quality services to our surfing and travel lovers.

The reception works from 8 am to 10 pm.
Cancellation policy: 72h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check in from 14:00 to 22:00 .
Check out before 12:00 .
Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards, debit cards.
This property may pre-authorise your card before arrival.
Taxes included.
Breakfast not included - 26.00 BRL per person per day.

Had though about visiting the other side of Rio even before the trip, I did not regret it at all! The staff, the ambiance and the view were all amazing, and they offered some Yoga and Surfing session as well.
The downside was just the location, as to enjoy a quiet side of Rio and beaches, grocery, bars and resto were all blocks away, as well as transport. For cleaningness, as most of the review mentioned, it was a bit unpleasant, yet, for my personal POV, it is expected for a beach side hostel.

Extremely fun and kind hostel. Showers and rooms are a bit musty, and some random dude laid in my bed, but other than that a very good time. they rent you surfboards

Solid Hostel I enjoyed my stay there overall.
My favorite things:
* Great common areas to relax or work
* Everyone staying there seemed to have a great attitude and be trustworthy
* Really liked the large exercise mat area you can stretch or workout in
My not-so-favorite
*As a very simple and easy to improve item Por Favor put some hooks up In the dorm rooms and bathrooms. There's never anywhere to hang your stuff up
* Restaurant / Water is a little bit expensive.
* A/C only runs 8-8. Maybe 7-9 would be
