Village Retreat Policy and Condition:


Your check-in will take place with our employee, Ms. Rose, who will pass the keys and general guidelines at the door of your apartment.
The apartment is on the first floor of the Galeria Da Vila, with access only by stairs. There are no elevators.


Cancellation policy: 48h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 14:00 to 22:00 .
Check out from 00:00 to 11:00 .
