Our Studios (40 sq. meters/ 430 sq. ft.) consist of a small bedroom and a living room area. They are comfortable, clean, and have a lot of sunlight.

We are located in one of the better neighbourhoods of the city meaning it is safe, cleaner, better infra-structure and less noisy then other areas. There are also numerous quality restaurants and bars.

There is a front and back balcony (where you wash your clothes in your own semi-automatic washing machine. We put additional towels and blankets in case you would want to change before our weekly clean-up. We make a point (call it our theme) to use local furniture and art.

Casa Real Policy and Condition:

Cancellation Policy: 3 days before arrival.In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
