Hostal Avanza we have common areas such as living room, kitchen equipped with utensils, terrace, complementary services such as washer and dryer (with additional cost).

The accommodation is located near the Cali Transportation Terminal, Clinics such as (Nuestra Señora de los Remedios, Cristo Rey, Versalles), gastronomic areas such as Granada, near the Boulevard, shopping centers, supermarkets, etc.

Our rooms are single, double, family, multiple and bed (bunk type) in a shared room. All rooms have access to free Wi-Fi, the double rooms have a fan, television. We have a premium double room with air conditioning and a quadruple family room with air conditioning.

Hostal Avanza Policy and Condition:

Cancellation Policy: 2 days before arrival.In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check out before 12.00

Taxes not included (Since January all accommodations must charge 19% VAT, which is a NATIONAL tax)
