This house is a warm space that has a wonderful terrace with the privilege of having one of the most beautiful views of the city that makes it ideal to enjoy wonderful afternoons and nights enjoying the Cali breeze, appreciating the transit of birds such as macaws, parrots and parakeets among others, which makes it an ideal place to have a coffee, a beer or eat an ice cream in the company of friends and even work and rest.

A strategic location, since it is located in a central neighbourhood of the city with houses of colonial houses, a historical heritage of humanity and is surrounded by art, architecture, museums, theatres, gastronomy, cafes, ice cream parlors, dance and history , which makes it special for people who are interested in visiting the city and delving a little into its Cali culture.
