Great place for young backpackers!
The only thing that was a bit confusing was our bus trip to Ha Giang that we booked through the hostel - they did not let us know that we would be dropped off at Jasmine Hostel 5-10km outside Ha Giang city - fortunately the chauffeurs were kind enough to go back and drop of off right at the door of the hostel we were staying at in the city :)

No space at all in the dorms, looks nothing like the pictures. Great staff though

When we checked in we got switched to 3 different rooms because there were some problems in the rooms like the bathroom door handle not working and in another room the bathroom had see through glass and just generally not being very clean. The next day we were on a day trip from morning to night and when we got back to the hostel all of our stuff was removed from the beds and on the ground because they gave our beds to someone else. The staff tried to help but didn’t know what to do. So we left
