Welcome to Boutique On Bealey, a 12-bedroom, 2 story high-end accommodation facility, situated on the corner of Bealey Avenue and Stoneyhurst Street. You'll definitely know you're in the right place if you're greeted by our signature red door complete with beautiful white pot plants either side.
All of our rooms are equipped with retro fridges, smart TV's and Wi-Fi is complimentary for the entire duration of your stay.
Other items of note that are also provided complimentary are:
- 1 x set of Ear plugs, bath towel, bath matt, face cloth, 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner and body wash (per guest).
- 2 x coffee pods (per guest) to use in any 1 of our 4 Nespresso Coffee Machines (5 machines if your staying in Room 5);
- Twinings English Breakfast Extra Strong Tea Bags (complimentary in all kitchens and kitchenette);
- Medium Roast Moccona Classic Instant Freeze Dried Coffee (complimentary in all kitchens and kitchenette);
- 250ml Meadow Fresh Longlife Original UHT Milk carton (available on request only, and are an extra $3 incl. GST per carton);
Please remember there is no smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes allowed anywhere on the property. Pets are not allowed (unless special permission exclusively from us has been formally given in writing). Lastly out of consideration for our neighbours and other guests that may be staying with us we kindly ask that any loud noises are are kept to a minimum between the hours of midnight and 7am.
Lastly should you require private off-street parking we do have neighbouring properties that may be able to accommodate this, subject to availability and a fee charge per day.
Check-out Instructions:
Check-out is strictly before 10am as this allows us the necessary time required to clean the entire property, including each private bedroom, before the next guests arrive.
Ensure all used food and beverages are removed from all fridges.
Return any items that have been taken from the the kitchen during your stay, back to the kitchen i.e. dishes, glasses, cutlery etc. Please leave any items on the kitchen bench top or in one of the kitchen sinks and our cleaners will take care of this.
Leave used towels in a neat pile on the floor.
Return any furniture that you may have moved during your stay to its original place.
Check to ensure that you have all of your personal possessions and belongings with you.
Ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked.
Ensure all heating and cooling fans and/or heat pumps are turned off.
If applicable to you, return any key to its designated lockbox to avoid being charged an $80 penalty fee for loss of key (Room 5 only).
Trash pick up instructions:
General waste bins and recycling bins are available in each kitchen, please use them as required. Please ensure that any recycling that may have spoil on it is washed off before being placed into the recycling bins.
Please note that we have a green organic waste bin next to our deck outside (other side of the wind breaker blind), which is for all left over food and organic waste. Please ensure that only leftover food and organic waste ends up in this bin, thank you.
All bedrooms are equipped with small waste bin, please use them when required and our cleaners will dispose of any rubbish upon your departure. If you're staying with us for an extended period of time and need to empty this bin at any point during your stay . Then please do so into one of the bins located in the kitchen, as these are checked and emptied regularly.
Please note that only toilet paper is to be flushed down the toilet, for anything else please use the bins that have been provided next to each toilet.

Free parking may be available in designated spots on either Bealey Avenue or Stoneyhurst Street, but will be subject to availability.
Please note private off street parking may be available on request at neighbouring properties close by off Bealey Avenue, but will be subject to availability and incur a charge per day.

Great place to stay. Nice and clean, great amenities and caring owners. Big hi def TV that you can cast to as well. I enjoyed lounging at night watching my favorite movies in HD.
