Vivian's Guest House Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation Policy - Refundable: You can cancel up to 5 days before arrival for a full refund. If you cancel within 5 days of your arrival, we will charge you for the first night. If you cancel on the day of your arrival, we will charge the full amount.

Cancellation Policy - Non-Refundable: We will charge the full amount on the same day you make the reservation.

Reception: 09.00 a 11.00. 14.00 to 18.00 Monday to Saturday.
No reception on Sundays.

You must complete the check-in online the day before your arrival. On that day, we will send you the guidelines for entering the hostel.

In shared rooms and rooms with shared bathrooms, guests under 18 years of age are not permitted.
Pets are allowed in private rooms only, with an additional fee and deposit. Advance notice is required, as there is a maximum number of pets allowed in the establishment.
