Huge room, free airport transfer. Staff were rude throughout whole trip and beds were hard

I tried calling the hotel 1 day before check in, as our airlines bumped us off our original flight and we were to arrive to Bangkok 1 day late, missing our reservation to stay at this hotel. I tried explaining the scenario to your hotel worker for at least 15 minutes, but she was not helpful and was not speaking any English that I could understand. I asked to speak to someone who spoke English and she refused. One person in my party arrived to Bangkok on time and was forced to pay 2 full rooms.

I flew into Bangkok late and flew out the following morning early. It suited my needs perfectly. The room was huge and extremely comfortable. The only negative would have to be people arriving/departing in the middle of the night talking and making noise but that's what you expect in a hotel next to the airport! Free Shuttle bus was great!!
