Lotte Hostel is a unique old house. It is situated in the heart of old town Heidelberg and it's very close to the historic castle, the main shopping street, bars and restaurants. We are an independent hostel. Get to know our friendly staff and the owner and have a chat about who Lotte actually was.

This homely house offers eight guestrooms only, each with a stylistic individual interior decor and with an ambience of living-room cosiness of a family home.

On the ground and first floor of this lovely old house we offer you newly renovated and refurbished dormitory-style accommodation. One dorm is for girls only - they also have their own bathroom close by. Use our new grandma-style kitchen or the cosy living-room.

On the second floor you are welcome to choose from two 60's-style double-rooms and one 3-b

It's a old wooden house with the pass. A brief living in such old building with the old town atmosphere outside, is a good experience. The wooden chairs, tables, going with people in the pass now with you show a moment. cleaniness and tidiness is very good. Staff have smiles. But when I take a shower in the early morning, water is not hot enough. I don't know why.

The most lovely and friendly hostel I've stayed at - very cosy common areas with spacious dorms, great location and facilities, we had a great time and would stay again. Coffee machine and free cereal was a bonus. Thank you :)
