A bit run down and no ait con but o.k for the money

This is a guesthouse and not a hostel. AC in the private rooms but not the dorm. You will get upgraded to a room upon arrival unless it is really busy. The only common space is a big covered area at the front which faces directly onto the main street so it is quite noisy. But it is an OK place to drink and converse. Older crowd so not very social. Apple, the proprietor is very helpful. Breakfeast is cheap for Khao Lak. The location is right on the main drag .
