I would not recommend this hostel. It is close to the station but we had a really bad experience. Took really long to check-in - the staff kept helping different people at the same time so it was really confusing. Then we get to our room, and someone has their cat and dog with them in the room. Really not okay that the hostel didnt inform us about that. Overall the atmosphere just felt really unsafe and off and the staff seemed super stressed.

We had two nights at this hostel. The second night we came back late (around 11 pm) and was greeted by that some of the staff had â€œgivenâ€ away the bed I was sleeping in to another girl. The situation ended with that I was told to change room really lateâ€¦ and the room I got wasnâ€™t clean at all!!! The staff wasnâ€™t rude at all, but they were so busy and stressed out to help with anything.. I wonâ€™t recommend this place to anyone. It was definetly the most â€œnot organizedâ€ hostel we have stayed on

The two staff on reception were so miserable, the guy () threw the card at me and said â€œupstairsâ€ thatâ€™s all doesnâ€™t explain about the insane charge for sheets â‚¬3.50 so I have to come back downstairs. Iâ€™ve stayed in quite a few hostels over the years and never have I had to deal with such rude staff, I will never stay at a&o hostel again.
