I had to give this property such a low rating because of the animal cruelty I saw there. They had a Fox in a small cage which was kept in there all the time, had no water. I saw one of men hold the fox up by its throat and hit it on the head a few times with the bowel right in front of us! They had two dogs who were in a small cage, again with no water and whilst I was there they were sat in the cage for 9 hours straight! I tried to explain to them how animals need water, they didn’t care.

Cancelled flight and ow Room small in a villa type setting, bench used as chair for desk, no tea kettle in room, shower OK. Beds were comfortable. Hostel located in cobblestone alley very difficult to find. Nearby small restaurants and cafes. Highly touristy area. Steep hills in some parts make walking slow and difficult. Best thing about the hostel were the two wonderful, friendly, and silly dogs!

Very nice, quiet hostel in a beautiful bustling Old town district. Great shops and food everywhere. Little difficult to find even for the taxi drivers so have the phone number ready and call from the airport or bus station for directions. The host will meet you at the main street near the hostel.
