The rooms are crammed and stuffy. The beds are really bad. We were in the basement with no windows to open and no light. The staff is rude and not at all helpful (one guy among the staff was friendly though). There is no commen area and the atmosphere is not at all nice or welcoming. The toilets are not very clean and there is one sink and mirror for three dorms (like 24 or more people). The location is fine but not great. Wouldn't want to stay again for sure. But San Sebastián is a great city!

Der manglet tøre mulighed nå man havde vasket tøj. Vaskemaskine var låst inde i kældren. Ellers et dejligt sted mwd gode skabe hvor man kunne låse rygsækken inde.

I did not enjoy my stay here and will not be coming back. The location was really good, but the praise ends there. The first night I was woken up at midnight because 5 people had to switch rooms in the middle of the night. They said it was because the other room had bed bugs. I was then kept up for another hour while they moved in. And this is a minor grievance, but the automatic lights in the hallway turn off after three seconds of no movement. I found this extremely annoying.
